About damp

Urge incontinence from bladder nerve damage. I've been wearing diapers full time for the last 15 years. It took me years to get over the embarrassment, but now it's just my "underwear".

I do have some bowel problems as well, but not as frequent. However, most of the time I poop in my diaper anyway.
