About Hjalmar Bang Carlsen

I'm a sociologist using digital data to study civic participation. Currently at University of Copenhagen, incoming Lund University, Department of Sociology. Always claiming it's the situation. I have ongoing research projects on social support groups in times of crisis and on political participation on Facebook. I also do some work on computational text analysis and mixed method research in the digital age.
